  • At my first midwife visit they gave me a bunch of samples. I tried a couple and started pooping two or three times a day - not diarrhea but definitely more than normal. Turned out all but one had a stool softener. That was the one I ultimately ended up using. Could this be your problem?

  • those dont make me sick at all very easy to take.. they slide right down very easily and dont have to worry about gagging and not only that they dont give me the runs like my other prenatals did.. good luck and i am also a lil over 10 weeks :)
