  • oh course, I never use aluminum foil! I just put extra sauce on top and don't put the cheese on the top until the very end!

  • try using syran wrap or put a big stainless steel cover over the pyrex, it'll help, even if it isn't completlely covered. but if u still dont figure it out, dont worry, just keep it in like 10 minutes longer. u'l be fine.

  • Saran wrap in the oven sounds like a really bad idea.

  • i needed to know why just cause i have always made it with alumunum foil on top...i just used the extra pan idea and it worked =)
