  • My 6 month old sleeps at night from about 8pm to 7am and then takes a nap around 11am. Every now and then he'll take another nap around 3pm depending on how busy we are.

  • Jackson will be 7 months on the 3rd. He goes to bed around 730pm average, and usually gets up at 930am. He takes a nap at 11 for about 3.5 hours, and then another nap around 430. Gets up a couple hours later, has a bottle, and then goes to sleep after about an hour. He's a big sleeper.

  • My daughter is 5.5 months and she goes to bed between 8-9 PM and wakes up around 7:30 or 8 AM. She wakes once during the night, usually around 5 or 6 AM to eat and then goes back to sleep. She's not a very good napper, though. I don't have her on a set schedule but I do try to get her to nap around 3 hours after she's been awake and then another three hours later. She'll go to sleep, but a lot of times she'll only sleep for 20 minutes or so. However, if I'm holding her while she naps, she will sleep longer, sometimes up to an hour and a half.
