  • I love Strawberries. Not a huge fan of blueberries by themselves. In muffins, pancakes, and what-not they're good though.

  • Oh how I miss NC! We've still got months before strawberries are ready here in the frozen north! I like to mash them up and put them over shortcakes. I also make a dip out of Fluff, powdered sugar & cream cheese to dip them in (whole). Not healthy but oh-so-yummy.

  • Yes, I love them. I make a yummy, low-calorie dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth with them by slicing them into a bowl, putting one cup of jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding on them (60 calories) and topping with a dollop of Lite Cool Whip. Yummy. My husband thinks it's gross, but he just doesn't understand, lol. Another good dessert is a light piece of angel food cake, then strawberries and Lite Cool Whip. These are choices I make instead of the gigantic bowl of ice cream that I used to suck down.

  • Wow we don't get strawberries, the home grown ones anyway, until right around Fathers Day. Blueberries are in July for us. I grow and can/freeze both. We enjoy them all winter. I love to freeze blueberries, then just grab a scoop for pancakes or smoothies etc. Love to garden.
