Injury and Exercise?

3 years ago when I had my last baby by c-section, the doctor sewed a nerve in my incision. I have pain that goes from barely there to severe, to the point that I can't walk. Since it is in my stomach, anyone know how I can work out my abs very gently? It is a goal of mine to have a 6 pack, and I don't want this pain to hold me back anymore from anything I want in life. (any suggestions on the pain would be great too)

  • I think you'd definitely have to go to a trainer or something - they can design a workout for you that won't hurt you.
