I am pregnant with my second child. I never once had an issue with gas in my first pregnancy but this one has been terrible! I've tried cutting back on common 'gassy' foods to no avail. Any pregnancy safe methods? Are there foods that I can eat that can help this problem? Or am I just going to have to deal with it until this kiddo is born?
