  • I fasted chocolate and pop for 30 days; it was a challenge for our youth group at church. Our youth pastor fasted tea-she drank a gallon a day; it was just an exercise in denying self.
    But I have heard of people fasting eating for a day and during the time that they would normally be eating they would pray instead.
