How do you say this name? Rilygh

It looks like it could be Ri-lie-g. I think it's supposed to be Rie-lee, but I'm not sure. I have a friend on FB with kid with this name spelled Rilygh.

  • I would guess Rie-lee

good grief! I like unusual spellings, but seriously, if you have to ask how it's pronounced, they should have used another name! LOL

  • why not spell it the way its traditionally spelled?

so you don't have to always explain how to spell and pronounce it.

  • I would guess 'Rylee.' To me it looks like they were trying to do something between 'Rily' and 'Ryleigh' and did something totally different instead!

  • I'd say it Riley (Rilee, Rileigh). The "gh" at the end of a name is either Irish or Scottish. I have an aunt Sheilagh, it's pronounced the same as Sheila.

  • I'd go with Ree-lig-uh just to be annoying, just like that spelling.

  • yeah i wouldn't spell it that way, it looks like you're taking a traditional name and making it unique...which is annoying imo. i'd roll my eyes everytime i seen it spelled that way.
