Any help on loseing belly fat? Im on an ok diet no sugar low carbs ect..... i do cardio

i just wanted to know if any one has abdominal exercises i can do..... thanks!!

  • the only thing that ever worked for me and my spare tire(s) was Pilates. it is really hard at first but it does get easier. Shape Magazine has an excellent 20 minute video for beginners.

  • Keep doing what you're doing. Weight watchers is pretty awesome. My sister is doing it and has already lost 10 pounds! When are you doing cardio? Best time is when you first get up BEFORE you eat breakfast.. that way you're burning fat instead of whatever you just ate! <<< live with a body builder.. his gf is a body builder and my fiance used to be lol
