Are you not supposed to push while your pooping during pregnancy?

  • I would think so. How else are you going to get it out? Now if you experience constipation and are having to really strain then you need to treat the constipation.

  • if you think teh baby is going to come out when you poop you are very mistaken. pushing a aby oput is hard and painful. poop is not hard orpainful. inless you are super constipated or have hemmrhoids

  • You're technically not supposed push anytime....proper diet creates softer stool. The main concern would be hemorroids I imagine, especially while pregnant.
