y doesmy 7 month old son like to eat paper books

my son has a crap load of toys and books but he only likes to chew on the cardboard and paper books that fall apart. all of his books are falling apart now any advice? i try telling him no and not giving them to him but he digs through the whole toy box looking for them and if he doesn't find them he screams for over 30 mins.

  • he is too young to have paper books, at that age every thing goes in the mouth

  • I would put any paper books up out of his reach for now and leave just the board books out for him. If you want to read the paper books to him, only bring them out when you are going to sit down with him to read.

  • they arent like paper they are thick pages kinda like cardboard and i hedoesnt put everything in his mouth just those and his binky

  • EVERYTHING goes in the mouth at that age. Take them away from him! He is too young for those anyways.
