My one month old at fedding time?

My Baby gets really fussy when she is feeding. She starts to kick her legs & cries. I dont know if it hurts her to swallo. im worried, & she is breastfeed. its like she always has to burp like every 5min. When she burp she spits up. Has any one had this problem? Im going to call her Dr. on Monday cause she doesnt work weekends. Oh yeah aother thing when shes nursing she chokes & starts coughing when the milk comes down. I dont think she has a cold because thats the only time she coughs when she is nursing.

What do u Ladys think? Is there some thing wrong w/her?

  • Nothing is wrong with your baby, you just have an oversupply of milk. You will find all the information you need, as well as "the cure" at http://www.llli.org/FAQ/oversupply.html

  • Definitely sounds like overactive letdown. Find your local La Leche League and attend their meetings. They're extremely helpful.
