restless leg syndrome

what can i do for this to be avoided?

  • I have RLS on occasion myself & it's horrible! I Googled "how to avoid restless leg syndrome" & came up with a lot of info. That's probably the best place to start. If you try some of the suggestions you find, & still can't get relief, then you could see your Dr.

  • There is medication that can help.. I have a friend that has it and she takes a hot bath before bed.. but mostly her meds keep things at bay...

  • My brother has it bad and he is on meds for it (sorry can't remeber what it's called). He says since he started taking them he has started sleeping through the night for the first time in years. Stretching before bed also helps.
