yeast infections?

I was ironing this morning (yes I still do that) and it reminded me of something I read in a magazine years ago about yeast infections. Several women have posted questions about chronic yeast infections so I thought I'd pass this on to them. Many times the water in our washers don't get hot enough to kill the yeast so we reinfect ourselves by putting on the underwear again, after washing. In the article it said to IRON the crotch of your panties. That will take care of the problem if indeed that is how you are reinfecting. I'd cite the article or magazine but that was 20 yrs ago. My memory isn't that good. I hope this helps someone else. I know it helped me.
