if im 6 weeks PP can i start working out at full intensity?

  • Depends on how you are doing and what your doctor says. You don't want to do too much too soon. Then again, some people are fine with being able to go back to full blown exercise right away.

  • I'd personally start slow and work my way up to full intensity. don't want to hurt yourself

  • I'd ask the doc. But to be honest I wouldn't go full intensity right away. You don't want an injury.
