Can I see the car fax?
Do you know if anything major has gone one with this car?
Remeber always google the make and model of the car there are websites that tell you about the car. Like what usually goes wrong with them.

  • I have a Toyota. I had a camery and it was good car nothing wrong with it. We have a 2010 Toyota Tacoma..thank god its not on the recall list. I would check the manufacturers website to see about recalls forgot about that one.

  • I think you can get the VIN number and make sure it's not stolen if you are buying from someone on Craigslist or something.

  • A carfax report, ask if you can take it to a shop, YOU TRUST, to have it checked out. All the maintenance records, look under the hood at all the belts, check the oil, if it's black I would be concerned. Check all other fluids. Start it, let it run. Check the brakes. If they are selling a trustworthy car they shouldn't have a problem with anything you look at or ask about.
