  • There are much to many to post on here, but feel free to PM me if you want more. I'm always happy to share recipes.
One of my husband's favorites is Quesadillas.

    Medium Flour Tortilla
    Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    Refried Beans
Shredded Cheese (We use Colby Monteray Jack)

Brown chicken in fry pan until thoroughly cooked and Cut into small pieces.
On a flour tortilla spread refried beans on one half. (Do not preheat refried beans) Sprink desired amount of cheese and chicken. Fold opposite half of tortilla over onto ingredients. (I put a tiny amount of Refried beans on the inside of the opposite side to keep it down.) Spread a small amount of butter ontop. (Optional) Brown in a fry pan until crispy, browned, and cheese is melted.

  • 3lb Roast Beef . Cream of Mushroom Soup OR Sloppy Joe Sauce (10.5 oz can), Small red potatoes, carrots..
Cube potatoes (or halve them), cut up carrots.
Put small amount of sauce into bottom of crockpot, place veggies ontop. Place Roast ontop of veggies and cover with the rest of the sauce. Cook on high for 5 hours.

Speghetti with Sausage instead of hamburger is very tasty.

Chili - One medium can of tomato sauce, two cans of Bush's Chili Beans, 1.5-2 lbs of ground beef. (We like ours thick with meat and beans.) One medium can of HOT Hormel Chili with Beans. Tomato paste to thicken the sauce if you wish. Mix ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
