What do I need to consider?

I am seriously thinking about starting my own mystery shopping business. I have been a shopper for years and was a tax accountant so I know how to do the finances. I don't know about the legal aspencts though. Do I need a license for this? Can I only do this in my own state? Should I consult an attorney? Are there any specific laws I should know about? Thanks!

  • wow really? you mean you've been a mystery shopper before? Try your county consumer affairs - they probably have suggestions and maybe classes. Sometimes there are small business loans but I don't know how to get them. I do know that counties have a lot of information to help residents throughout the country.

    Good Luck!!!!!!!!
