  • well for one employees will be less likely to have to take time off for children, since the daycare will be open during the time business is and they cannot lie about it. It is beneficial to the parents and children because they are close to each other, and less late employees because of dropping kids off at daycare. My DD preschool is right on my college campus and it is comforting to know she is right there.

  • Maybe you should ask this question in the Money & Work section? You might get more replies there from folks who have this benefit at their company, which would probably give you a better idea of the real benefits, not just the assumed ones, kwim?

  • less absentism and tardiness. employee's being more productive b/c they are less stressed. Kids will be closer to parents so good chance of less stress and if its a good daycare that is an advantage for the kids.
