  • I think it is a win situation all around. If there is a fee charged to those using the service, then those not using the service won't have to subsidize it. The parents won't have to make arrangements for dropping off the child or picking her up. It would be a great time saver for the parents. If the child gets sick, then the parent is right there to take her home. The company would have a morale increase. The child would have the parent nearby in case of injury or illness. The parent wouldn't get stuck in traffic on the way to pick the child up.

  • how do you think a company will benefit if they offer daycare services to their employees?
-The company will be making even more money, and the money their employees make will be going right back to the company.

how do you think an employee will benefit from on sight daycare services in their office building?
-An employee could visit his/her child on their breaks, and they wouldn't have to get up extra early to take their child to another location.

    how will children benefit?
The children might get a little extra time with their parents.

  • how do you think a company will benefit if they offer daycare services to their employees? there is money to be made. pp cannot call off because they dont have childcare with that option

how do you think an employee will benefit from on sight daycare services in their office building? easy drop off. you can watch them on your breaks.

how will children benefit? really i dont know... hopefully they would offer a good school.

what are some benefits.... i really dont know... my dh's work offers it but it is down the street. i am worried that if my son has a conflict with a child of another employee that will carry over to the workplace. i would rather my son go to school independent of us... so he can do what he needs to and be who he is....
