Why is it that . . .

when you're feeling sick or under the weather that it's always worse at night? I woke up feeling awful and then I started to feel a little better, but now............starting to feel like crap again? Am I the only one that goes through this?

  • I get like that too. It's always worse at night, but isn't that when we should be getting better because we can finally rest?

  • its cause at night you have less to occupy yourself with , unless you sit on cafemom discussing tax and welfare questions all night. LOL

  • I am the same way. I don't know why that is, but it's kind of annoying don't you think?
Anyway, hope you start feeling better [at night AND during the day ] : )

  • same thing all my life- think it may be because you aren't moving at night at it gives time for things like the lung crud to settle.
