  • When it started getting uncomfortable or painful. Thankfully my fiance has a HUGE memory foam bean bag chair (that when unzipped converts into a king sized mattress hell yeah!) so with that I can sleep on my tummy :)

  • I've never heard anything bad about sleeping on your stomach while pregnant. You're just not suppose to sleep on your back. I slept on my stomach/side (kinda both at the same time) for all four of my pregnancies and with my current. My babies were fine and my OB/midwifes never had a problem with it. I think the main worry is if you're comfortable.

  • Sleeping on your stomach will NOT urt the baby. You can sleep on your stomach as long as YOU are comfortable!!!! I can't even get comfortable in the half on stomach with leg up like the above poster said. I sleep on my side and some on my back, but only for a short while, then roll to my left.

  • I have been wondering the same thing.. I usually dont sleep on my stomach but lately I have woke up and had caught myself on my stomach. Glad to know it wont hurt the baby, that was always my fear.
