representative payee(ssi)

hello everyone my Q. is if someone is representative payee (ssi) could them begin the payee affect thier credit in any way at all? how begin the payee play a part in ones credit report at all

and is thier anyone here child getting a ssi lump sum?
if u use some of it what can happen?

i am in IL

  • i dont see how being a representatvive payee for SSI for anyone would affect your credit at all.
    however child lump sums. those are for the CHILD and the child's needs. not your own. however you CAN take out the child's assumed portion of rent, utilities, and food.

  • SSI for your child can be used as part of your family income when applying for a mortgage on a home the child will live in. It won't affect your credit score, but it can be counted as income.
