Exercise after delivery

i plan to start excercising (weight training and cardio alternately abt 4-5 times a week approx 45 -60 minutes) approximately 7 weeks after my baby was born (i had a normal delivery). i was to exclusively breastfeed my child. will exercise affect my supply?

  • nope.. as long as you keep up the feedings and pump if thats the case you'll be fine.. if you start bc on the other hand .. that sucks for your supply so just watch out if u choose to get some after the baby is born

  • Exercise does not affect your milk supply.

  • stay hydrated and start slowly - don't overdo it.
