  • He paid for fees for himself? Or for his adult kid? For you?

You can't write them off on your taxes.

Does he pay childcare expenses? He can write the childcare off if he pays it....

  • My grandfather paid for a child support attorney in order for me to try and get monthly support. I am 28 but could not afford the retainer, and I pay the daycare, thanks for your help.
