stainless steel appliances

besides the obvious which is special cleaners you can buy to clean stainless steel so it doesn't look all streaky, are there any other things that can be used to clean stainless steel appliances? The streaks are driving me insane. I have already used windex and fantastik and just plain water. I forgot to look for something on my shopping trip and was just wondering if anyone knew of anything else that would do the trick for now.

  • ammonia works wonders. I use that to wash my windows....never a streak but mix it in a spray bottle with water.

  • I stick with clorox green works. Love it since my kiddo is an asthmatic...doesn't bother his breathing and my kitchen stove looks awesome :)
