  • It depends on whether you are going to family court, small claims, criminal court, etc.

We were recently in juvenile court b/c another child viciously attacked my son, giving him a concussion and breaking his glasses, so I pressed charges. We won, the other kid has to pay restitution and he now has a juvenile record that will follow him around (the kid was a habitual offender, but nobody would ever follow through with pressing charges before).

So, if this is what you are facing, what would you like to know?

  • I have an order of protection against my BD. He wants to still have joint custody-but we'll need a third party to transport the kids. He's not a bad father...just a horrible bf.
