Did anyone notice that Walmart up'd their prices on a box of Huggies to 19.77 vs the 18.99?

Or was that just here in Illinois.

  • i'm in IL, but I don't buy brand name diapers. i've tried huggies and it seems like I have more blow outs in those things than any other brand. I go to Sam's club and get thier brand of diapers and have had no problems, and I sure don't have a prob with the price! lol

  • --Oh and that's for size 5s. Smaller sizes were cheaper with more diapers in the box. It's used to be over 200 diapers for $37

  • So glad i am done with diaper duty until grandbabies start popping up LOLLLL (which will be a while thank goodness LOL)

I remember how expensive diapers were when my oldest was just a baby and he's 18 now. So i can only imagine how much they cost now. I never bought name brand unless they were on sale. I would go to family dollar, they are just as good and a heck of alot cheaper. They never leaked either.

I used cloth for a while with my oldest but then he started breaking out from them, so i went to disposable. never went back after that.

  • Ours went up that high, too.
They are still at the $18 & change price at Toys R Us, which is closer to home, though.
