  • It depends on how you look at it. If you catagorize a nation's religion based on the religion of the majority of its citizens, than yes, the US would be a Christian nation.

  • According to the latest US census, the majority of Americans report some form of Christian as their religion.

    What we don't know is how many of them are actively practicing their religion, and how many of them report their affiliation based more on familial/cultural ties.
