Firstly, you should tell your gynecologist about it just to make sure there isn't a medical issue such as endometriosis. I have a tilted uterus, so during certain times of the month my cervix is in a more sensitive position and can make sex uncomfortable. If this is something that is a more recent development, it may be a uterine infection that can be treated with antibiotics. Hope this helps.
