  • The middle part - before me, behind me, etc was in a prayer my grandmother used to say, but I don't remember enough of it to know if it's a full match. My first thought was Holy Hand Grenade but that's not it.

  • Yeah - that middle part reminds me of an old Irish hymn/prayer attributed to St. Patrick (St. Patrick's Breastplate)
