eat whatever you want but in MODERATION. you cant sit down and have 5 twinkies if you get a craving for them, but 1 every once in awhile is perfectly fine. eat meats that are low in fat like chicken and fish. lots of veggies. take foil and put in some chopped up chicken and you favorite fresh veggies and a little garlic and pepper or you can put a little dry italian seasoning in there. put another piece of foil on top the seal the sides and pop it in the oven 375 for about 40 minutes. hardly any fat if you use boneless skinless chicken breast and it tastes great. you can do that with steak or pork.. pretty much any meat. its soo good too!
