has anyone uses Ginko biloba for memory, does it work? any side effects?

  • No it does not work. Here is the recent study that came out.

  • I volunteer in a thrift store that is run by alot of older women...they talk about how Ginko has helped their memory and they all swear by it!...I have yet to try it though

  • It may increase your libido. It may also increase your blood pressure. Do not take it if you use a hormone-based form of birthcontrol, unless you really want to have a stroke.
