So I been having tons and tons of pain in my back and in my butt... mm it hurts so bad, that i cant get up. is this normal??

  • Is baby's position bumping into the nerves, possibly?
    You might try some exercises to coax baby to move a little. Like the hands-and-knees pelvic rock/arch back up & flat.

  • does it sound normal? no, therefore, i can only is not normal. get off the computer, and go to the dr and get yourself checked.

  • Try prenatal yoga. It worked WONDERS for me!!!

    Going to the chiropractor also helped tramendously!

  • Do you know what Sciatic Nerve pain is? It may be that-- I have that, too, it HURTS too bad to sit at all for me. I can't even be a passenger in a car.
    Chiropractor fixes it asap, though, so I do get a ride there, lol!!

  • Lower back pain and pelvic pressure can be a sign of preterm labor. Is it anything like that?
