Earned income credit, tax ???

My DH and I made $41, last year and we have 3 kids, do we quilify for EIC and if we do how much would the credit be???

  • Are you serious? You don't need to file taxes if you made less the $600. You won't get anything back either. Go to hrblock.com & check out there calculator.

  • I think she meant 41,000 and yes you would get the EIC search it on the IRS website they have a table listing hte credit but it is hard to tell how much you will get unless you enter all your info on a calculator or program to figure it out.
