What's the best way to switch formulas?

Do you need to ease into it or can you just make the switch? Also, I'm considering switching to generic costco brand because of the cost difference. Any suggestions or thoughts on that?

  • Generic brands are the same thing so go for it. And it's best to slowly switch over. Especially for younger babies. Good luck!

  • You are already giving your baby formula instead of human milk, do you really want your baby to have the cheapest formula. During the first year the most important task is brain development. You only have one chance. If you are concerned about money you could relactate. Any problems you had breastfeeding may not be a problem now. I'm not saying anything bad about you, I am advocating for your baby.

  • Dear lord she didn't ask anything about breastfeeding. And Cosco formula is the same as similac or whatever. Either answer the question or if you don't have an answer move on. Regardless of what you may think not every women can breastfeed.
