What's a good diet for a pregnant woman that is healthy and cheap?

  • anything whole wheat - pasta, bread, pancakes. fruits & veggies. protein - chicken, turkey, eggs, cheese.

  • your not suppose to diet when you are pregnant... so stick with whatever you enjoy eating.

    The word "diet" does not have to imply losing weight. A healthy diet (as in what ever you eat) should include protien, fruits, veggies, and whole grains.

  • peanut butter on toast, whole milk mixed with carnation instant breakfast mix, fruits/veggies or V-8 and of course must take a pre-natal vitamin.
