this is very nasty but I really need to know what to do
Ok so here lately every time I go number two I am bleeding really bad are when I wipe there is only blood and some blood clots is this something I should worry about and go to the doctor are is this just hemroids

You should worry when your butt bleeds. Yes, go see the doc, even if it's "just" hemmorhoids, they can become pretty serious.

Call your doctor blood and bowel movement butt they don't sound normal. Better to be safe then sorry, you could be bleeding inside and that's not NORMAL..Found an answer to your question?

Hemroids bleed but they don't produce clots..you may be bleeding internally...very serious, get to your Dr. immediately.Found an answer to your question?

It might be only hemmeroids, but usually you dont see clots with those. so you should see your Dr statFound an answer to your question?

Could be something as simple as hemmeroids...cound be something as complicated as colon cancer,rectal cancer..I would make a doc appt asasp.Found an answer to your question?
