  • Do you have any soups? Cream of chicken, mushroom or celery? If so 2with what you've listed there are at least 3 different great cassaroles possible. We are having roasted chicken and rice, steamed sugar snap peas and fried apples.

  • depending on the kind of chicken you have I would bake it and eat it with the mac-n-cheese and corn. presto you have your meat, veggie and starch. also you can boil and cook the chicken, cook the pasta, add the alfredo sauce and mix it all together you have chicken alfredo. Eat it with the peas/carrots. I personally tonight am having baked chicken quarters with skillet potatoes and a veggie.

  • Cook the penne. Put it in a greased oven-safe dish. Spread the peas & carrots over top, and top with the alfredo sauce. Bake til heated through.

I made penne pasta, topped with homemade spaghetti sauce & hamburger, and covered with shredded cheese, and baked.
