Has anyone ever been stiched up wrong after being torn from having a baby?

Has anyone ever been stiched up wrong after being torn from having a baby? Im prutty normal, but theres one part thats connected near the top that makes a hole. I can pull a string right threw it if i wanted?.. this isn't normal is it? I never really paid attenshion to how it looked before?

  • I wouldn't say you were stitched wrong, just healed wrong.

    if it really bothers you, go to the OBGYN and get them to cut it and fix it.

  • it dosnt really bother me phisicaly, but to know that its wrong is weird. im worried that if i have another baby it will end up ripping apart and it will hurt een more then it should.

  • You might try to work on an intact perineum for future deliveries.

    So you might try to keep your bottom (perineum) from tearing (staying intact).

    There are many things you can do to avoid tearing in labor. IF it should happen, there are things to help it be minimum or heal better.

    Overall, the more natural & instinctive the delivery, the better!
