  • Splenda, and now they have the one with fiber. I also use a lot of herbs, spices and less salt. Once you get used to not having as much salt your taste buds adjust to it.

    Try Splenda, Truvia or other natural sweeteners.

  • What Anon :58 said...I am trying to cut out sacharin, because it isn't helping me lose weight at all. I need to try Truvia.

  • Splenda is the best tasting if you have to cut back on sugar. But I got dizzy and the doctor told me to use sugar and my dizziness went away.
