  • put a small amount of water in a sauce pan. Sit a glass bowl inside the pan to act as a double boiler. Place a bag of chocolate chips in the glass bowl. When water boils it will melt the chocolate and keep it from hardening. It also helps to add some cooking wax. You can find it in the baking isle at your grocery store. Then just dip in your strawberries.

  • I honestly buy the stuff they always have in the produce aisle. Here's a link so you know what you're looking for. It works great! And it tastes REALLY GOOD! So much easier than messing with making it.

  • Do you want to roast cacao beans? Or just melt some good chocolate chips with a drop of cream.

  • i get almond bark since it sets up pretty hard. i use it for chocolate dipped everything! i just snap off a few squares and microwave it in small incriments..take it out and stir...repeat....muuuuuuuch easier than a double boiler.
