How old does baby have to be to have herbal teas?

baby has congestion and would like to give her some sage & Thyme.

  • sage & thyme are for a cough... is he coughing?

    not recommended for under 8 months BTW

  • "Natural" items aren't regulated, I wouldn't give herbal tea until way later...
