Take a few classes(at a small studio or if you can one on one classes) before starting a home practice just to make sure you are doing the postures properly(trust me I screwed up my sacrum when I was just starting and OMG did it hurt) but once you start you will love it. ;)

I was using Comcast onDemand. They have a variety of excersices...yoga was my fave!!
