  • I went into active labor about 3 hours after the membranes were stripped! Gave birth about 3 hours later at the hospital. But it WAS on my due date.

  • I was crampy after having my first son and the stripping didn't lead to labour. I had some spotting. With my second son I had my membranes stripped on my due date and I went into labour that day. I had a lot of blood that time, enough that I went back to the hospital.
