how do you get rid of period aches? not really cramps but lower back aches

  • Heating pad. Ibuprofen (or Midol, or pamprin, but those don't work for me). Massage/chiropractic.

  • i never had issues, i thought it was because i ate well and was in good shape, overall good health in general. i know my mom had a horrid time as a teen b/c she was under weight.
