  • I walk a LOT - I do about 10k a day.

    yet they're still there.

    I do weight training as well, but haven't found any good moves for the outer legs or butt.

  • Get a thigh toning band. I guarantee that you will feel it in those thighs lol. I also had alot of fun doing Yoga Booty Ballet, it's great for the buns and thighs as well as all over slimming.

  • Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat, it's mostly diet, and lots and lots of cardio! I have the same problem area and right now I'm upping the cardio and finally seeing results.
