When should I start giving my child a multivitamin?

She is 13months. Does she need one just yet? Which would be the best kind? Flintstone seems like it would be impossible to chew for her.

  • I agree with the Poly Vi Sol but you can get a different version from stores that is generic and not so expensive per bottle. But getting her used to enjoying a vitamin might be a great idea. I think either way is a good idea really but I guess i'd worry she'd thinks vitamins are candy or vice versa. It is totally up to you momma, maybe try both and see how she takes it?

  • I'd go with the liquid. I think Enfamil makes it. You can buy it at pretty much any pharmacy, Wal-mart, what have you.
