  • Probably frustration he cannot verbalize. Not to be funny but when he bites himself hard enough he will stop.

  • my mother told me whn i was about 4 or 5 i would bite myself and blame it on other kids for attention.

  • Most children bite themselves or others because of frustration, at 2 they aren't at an age where they can verbally express themselves all the time.
