Food ONLY no household things like toilet paper/soaps.

  • well honestly. you really dont need any drinks. if ur that in need of money and are broke. i would buy CHEAP foods. to LAST. as in cheese for grilled cheese, bread, cabbage( very cheap) for dinners. make that last for 2 nights. and some oodles and noodles. maybe some cheap ground turkey. things like that. :)

  • Ramen noodles, (bag of leg quarters, speghetti/ sauce and pack of weiners (to go in the speghetti). small bag of rice for the leg quarters. bag of pinto beans.

  • A loaf of bread, gal of milk, block of cheese, maybe a thing of oatmeal since they're like 2.00 and a bunch of ramen haha :)

  • a big package of ground beef, spaghetti(noodles), hamburger helper, a huge(the big cans) can of whatever veg. your family likes. divide the beef, one night- hamburger helper, a little bit of veg. another night- spaghetti maybe meatballs. and so on

  • Stuff to make beans and rice, frozen veggies and eggs to make veggie fried rice, frozen veggies and eggs and cheese to make crustless quiche, a chicken to roast then turn into chicken and rice soup

  • seeds to grow some vegetables & fruits ;) .. $20 for four people for a week.. can that be done? chicken, vegetables, potatoes, milk...
    I think i would have to visit a local food pantry i just don't know if $20 bucks is enough

  • Go to Sav-a-lot of Aldi's. For $20 you can get a lot. There would be soup and peanut butter for sure.

  • rice, potatoes, beans (dried), eggs, veggies (cheapest ones, or canned), cooking oil, MAYBE cheese and tortillas if there was enough $
    then we would spend the week stealing condiments from various fast food resturants

  • 1) first thing in the morning i would call the local food pantry. you can get some staples that way to help out
    then i would check out some sites like or to figure out some cheap, good, stretch the money recipes
